A fun pine activity board for beaks to explore and destroy

HoBeau is a small cage mounted activity toy with Stainless Steel Fittings making it safe for in, out or even on the cage top. With a chunky pine base filled with lots of Pine and Birch shapes there is plenty to keep those beaks occupied.

As with all our toys it can be modified to suit. So just tell us about your Parrot and let us know your preferred size and toy part combination.

HoChiMin (Alexandiran) & Beau (Ecclectus) are best mates and rather partial to wood shredding so they asked for their board to be roughly the size of a CD Box.

It can be refilled or if left, there is plenty pine to keep beaks busy shredding for quite a while.

HoChiMin

asked if we could create an activity board similar to the Houdini but the size of a CD for him and Beau to get their beaks into.

HoChiMin's Parront says

 "HoChiMin and Beau spotted me unpacking the activity board and kicked up a racket until I let them have it, it is so very cute, sadly I don't stand a chance now of getting a cute photo of them with it as they have been very busy with it and it is not so pristine now but that is rather the point of parrot toys, to not be pristine once they get them".

Size Guide

Please note: We have found no definitive list for size guidance and some parrot types will fall into other categories, please know your bird or seek assistance from your avian vet. If in any doubt contact us, as we are always happy to help.

Mini Birds - Budgies, Lovebirds, Parrotlets and similar sized birds.

Small Birds - Cockatiels, Grey Cheeks, Small Lories, Green Cheek Conure, Black Cap Conure, Maroon Bellied Conure, Caique, Quaker Parrot and similar sized birds.

Medium Birds - Ringneck, Senegal, Large Lories, Yellow Collar Macaw, Hahn's Macaw, Severe Macaw, Sun Conure, Blue Crown Conure, Pionus, Rose Breasted Cockatoo and similar sized birds. 

Large Birds - Congo Greys, Blue Front Amazon, Timneh Grey, Yellow Crown Amazon, Yellow Nape Amazon, Eclectus, Red Front Macaw, Bare-eyed Cockatoo, Ducorps Cockatoo and similar sized birds.

Extra Large Birds - Umbrella Cockatoo, Moluccan Cockatoo, Triton Cockatoo, Blue & Gold Macaw, Green Wing Macaw, Scarlet Macaw and similar sized birds.
