Placing an order

You have the choice. Either online, or via e-mail 

We are a small family run business that prefers to put the welfare and needs of your Beaks over profit.

We will always send you a personal Thank You email, so please check your spam folder if not received.

We love to hear all about your little Beaks as it allows us to ensure, that we are not supplying anything that may be unsuitable for them, and that they get the correct sized perches.

We also ask about their home, where relevant, especially if we are crafting a full-length perch or rooftop perch as we will need further information. 

FOR ORDERING ONLINE:      
You can place your order securely on-line and pay using PayPal or Bank Transfer

To order a product, just click on Add to Basket (remembering to change the quantity if you want to order more than one).  You will then be taken to your online Shopping Basket which will contain the item(s) you've selected.  You'll then have the clickable button options to either Continue Shopping or to Proceed to Checkout.  You'll notice that there's a facility in this area to register with us, which will enable you place future orders more quickly and to keep track of your order history, but this is entirely optional.  When you're ready to move on to the Checkout area, look for the following box, on the lower right side of the page, to select your payment method:

PayPal: This will take you straight through to PayPal to complete the payment.

Bank Transfer: We will send you our Business Account details so that you can complete the transaction. (This method also allows us to amend the P&P if appropriate- please see delivery information)

Valid contact details: When ordering, please ensure you provide at least one valid telephone contact number and a valid e-mail address so that we can confirm acceptance of your order and to notify you when your order has been despatched.  Occasionally, we may need to contact you to discuss your order, for example, if any stock availability issues affect you, so please do provide a telephone number we can reach you on if we do need to speak to you about your order for any reason.  This will ensure we can avoid any unnecessary delays in despatching your parcel.  Don't worry - we won't pass your number to any other parties or pester you with unsolicited sales calls!

Size Guide: Where applicable we have put a parrot size guide to help you with ordering. This should not be taken as fact as every bird is individual and unique. If in any doubt, please contact us prior to placing an order and we will be happy to help you on an individual basis.
