This Window Perch  was originally designed for Zazu in Dec 2016. We tried to emulate the original design of his existing ones but in natural wood with a twist. Acrylic Guards to protect the suction pads from his beak, he he.

We love it when Parronts ask "Can you" and then put their trust in us to turn their ideas into a workable solution.

For Budgies, Cockatiels and similar sized parrots there will just be 2 suction pads.

For Ringnecks, Senegals and similar sized parrots there will be 3 suction pads.

had 3 perfectly good window perches but his overly curious beak kept destroying the suckers so we were asked to try and come up with a solution.

Imagine if you will, the shocked look on his little face when he happily jumped straight onto his new natural window perch and YES, went straight for the suction pads...he he

 Zazu's Perch length was 20cm with an approx diameter of 1.8cm

                                 Diameter: 1.5cm to 2.5cm 

                                 Stem Height: 15cm for Mini to Small with 2 suction pads

Please note: We have found no definitive list for size guidance and some parrot types will fall into other categories, please know your bird or seek assistance from your avian vet. If in any doubt contact us, as we are always happy to help.

Mini Birds - Budgies, Lovebirds, Parrotlets and similar sized birds.

Small Birds - Cockatiels, Grey Cheeks, Small Lories, Green Cheek Conure, Black Cap Conure, Maroon Bellied Conure, Caique, Quaker Parrot and similar sized birds.

Medium Birds - Ringneck, Senegal, Large Lories, Yellow Collar Macaw, Hahn's Macaw, Severe Macaw, Sun Conure, Blue Crown Conure, Pionus, Rose Breasted Cockatoo and similar sized birds. 

Large Birds - Congo Greys, Blue Front Amazon, Timneh Grey, Yellow Crown Amazon, Yellow Nape Amazon, Eclectus, Red Front Macaw, Bare-eyed Cockatoo, Ducorps Cockatoo and similar sized birds.

Extra Large Birds - Umbrella Cockatoo, Moluccan Cockatoo, Triton Cockatoo, Blue & Gold Macaw, Green Wing Macaw, Scarlet Macaw and similar sized birds.
