Having taken advice from an experienced Parrot Behaviour Consultant regarding the dangers of Rope for in cage toys, we are happy to finally introduce or BIG Toys.
We will only be using 100% Natural Sisal Rope, but please bear in mind that these toys will need to be checked daily for loose threads.
On the advice given we are staying well away from cotton rope as this has the tendency to knot like human hair. We will also be looking into hemp rope in the near future.
